Terms and conditions of sale


Definitions


The company is Stag Hill Farm Partners, the customer is the person who agrees to buy goods from the company.


Product Specifications


The company affirms that goods purchased will at the time of delivery be that of the description of the goods advertised.  It is the customers responsibility to check goods before ordering. 


Payment and dispatch


All payments are to be made before goods are released.  We endeavour to send out all goods within 3 business days however ig this is not possible, we will contact the customer to agree timescales. The customer has the right to cancel the order if the time frame is  unacceptable.


Damages 


Any damages should be reported to the company in writing within 7 working days of delivery.  All items must be checked with the courier before signing proof of delivery and any damages noted with them.

Provided appropriate notice of damage is given and the company is satisfied that the damage did not occur any other way, the product will be replaced or refunded.  This does not affect your statutory rights.


Returns


If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you can return the product (at your cost) and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.


Complaints


All complaints should be made to the company in writing within 5 working days. The company will contact the customer directly with appropriate steps to resolve the situation.
